New from Winter 25/26: Free ski tickets for children up to 6 years
Families can rejoice - starting from the winter season 2025/26, all children up to six years ski for free. This offer is valid on all mountains of the 4-Mountain Ski Swing Schladming (Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm) as well as for the small ski areas SKI Rittisberg, Galsterberg, and Fageralm – including a free visit to the Dachstein Glacier.
Lucky Apartment: blind booking at a special rate
With the Lucky Apartment, you do not book a specific accommodation, but the apartment category that best suits your stay at an attractive special rate. The exact accommodation is selected for you from the Schladming Appartements portfolio and will be confirmed no later than on arrival. This means less time comparing, a great price advantage, and a little surprise on top – while still enjoying the usual quality standard and the category you booked.
New from 2026
This autumn 2025 the region Schladming-Dachstein is starting a major trail project: The Sonnseitn Trails – the first 15 kilometers will be created between Ramsau and Schladming and can be used from spring 2026. The new routes are perfect for families, beginners, and sports enthusiasts – making it a real highlight for all bike fans. By 2027, the trail network will grow to a total of 60 kilometers.

Free Yoga & Fitness Classes – now new with us
Wellbeing also means staying active. Our complimentary yoga and fitness classes, such as Flow Yoga, Pilates and HIIT, are the perfect addition to active days in nature. Whether hiking, biking or skiing, the combination of outdoor experiences and mindful movement creates space for holistic relaxation.
At Chalets Coburg and Sun Lodge Schladming, complimentary yoga and fitness classes take place five times a week. This offer is available to all guests staying in any Schladming Appartements holiday home and can be enjoyed at Chalets Coburg. Registration is easy via the guest app SAM.

Our Boutique Yoga Retreats 2026 in Schladming invite you to enjoy intentional time away: the Women-Only Yoga Retreat from May 3–6 and September 13–16, 2026, as well as the Golden Age Retreat from May 17–20 and October 11–14, 2026.
