The apartment is located in an apartment house and offers on cozy and spacious 90 m² space, place for up to 6 people. The living space is distributed into a spacious eat-in kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms (1x double, 2x single) and 2 bathrooms. Furthermore, the apartment has a wonderful sun terrace in west orientation, with a fantastic view of Rohrmoos.
A communal sauna, which works with coins, completes the perfect holiday. The extremely ideal location in the city center of Schladming and only a 2-minute walk to the Planet Planai Valley Station, promise a relaxed car-free stay.

Way-description:
From Germany via Salzburg to exit hub Ennstal / Graz on the motorway (A 10), then 18 km main road (B 320) to Schladming; From Vienna in the direction of Linz to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Vienna on the motorway to Semmering, then freeway and motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; Coming from Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the hub Ennstal / Graz, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Graz to Liezen on the motorway, national road B 320 to Schladming;

Take the exit Schladming Middle and turn right towards the center of Schladming. At the first roundabout (Billa supermarket) take the 3rd exit onto Erzherzog-Johann-Straße. Follow the Erzherzog-Johann-Straße to the next roundabout (Landmarkt). At this roundabout, take the first exit towards Lange Gasse until the next roundabout. Here you take the second exit into the Berggasse. After about 150 meters turn left into the Berggasse. After 10 meters you will see the Apartment house "Berggasse" on your right side. You can park your car in the underground car park.
