ALL-ROUND SERVICE

We're there when you arrive. If you have any wishes or questions when planning your holiday or if you need help in any way, we will be pleased to service you. 365 days a year - 24 hours a day! Our employees in our service office in Schladming are available to help and advise you during opening hours. We are available 24 hours on our emergency number in an emergency! In our aparthotels Sun Lodge and Chalets Coburg, our staff will look after you directly at the reception desk.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT

Gladly we can arrange an Early Check-in or a Late Check-out, if the apartments are available. If you want to extend your stay, please contact us a few days before your arrival or departure. We charge € 20 for this service.

DOGS ARE WELCOME

Our four-legged guests are welcome in their own designated holiday homes.  Our Schladming-Dachstein region is ideal for long walks and hikes in nature, along river banks or spectacular gorges.

FRIDGE FILLING SERVICE

We give you more time for your holidays, we are happy to fill your fridge with food or drinks. We shop for you! Upon arrival, your fridge is filled with items you order in advance. You can book the service when booking online. Please contact us 2-3 days before your arrival the service office or the respective reception in the aparthotels.

BABY COT & HIGH CHAIRS FOR FREE

Our smallest guests are very important to us. We provide cots and high chairs for our guests, for free. The travel cot beds are equipped with a mattress and a sheet, we do not provide cot linen. Bookings are possible directly online within the booking or before arrival by phone via our service office.

SCHLADMING-DACHSTEIN SOMMERCARD

If you stay in one of our holiday homes you will get the Sommercard automatically. With the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard you will get FREE entry in more than 100 leisure attractions and up to 50% discount with 100 bonus partners.
The best thing is that:

• The summer card is free for the whole family on your arrival day!

• The summer card is available from May to beginning of November and is even valid on your arrival day! Starting from 1 p.m. as well on your departure day the whole day!

• Kids Card: Our younger guests get their own summer card.

• Over 40 holiday activities are included especially for families

BONUSCARD

As a guest from Schladming-Appartements you get a lot of benefits at over 30 discount partners, like shops, restaurants, rentals, transfer and much more! On your arrival day you will get our Schladming-Appartements Bonuscard automatically. With this card you are allowed to ask our partners for the described discounts. The card is valid per person and for the whole stay in Schladming.
In addition to many other services, you will receive:

• 10-15% on mountain bike rental:

• 10 % on ski- and snowboard rental as well ski lessons

• 10% on the ski service

• 15 % on an article of Blue Tomato

CONCIERGE / BUSINESS SERVICE

You can borrow an ironing board and an iron at any time for a deposit of € 20,-. Please contact our service office or the reception at the respective Aparthotel.

TOWEL CHANGE

The laundry package which is included in the price consist of a pillow cover, blanket cover, sheet as well a big and a small towel, sauna towel, bath mat and a dish cloth. Normally there is no changing of the bed lines and towels during your stay, but if you want to change it you only have to inform our service office team or the respective reception in the aparthotels. The surcharge is 5€ per person.

CLEANING WITHIN YOUR STAY

Would you like a cleaning at your stay in your holiday apartment? With pleasure we will arrange an intermediate cleaning. You can also book this online, or inform our service office or the reception at the respective aparthotel. The cleaning fee will be calculated individually depending on your booked apartment.

TRANSFER AND CAR RENTAL SERVICE

Our staff will pick you up at the train station (max. 4 persons) in Schladming for free and they will also organize the transfer to the airport. For business- excursion – or shopping trips our taxi partners are always at your disposal. As a matter of course we also offer short trip transfer – if we have the availability. With our bonus-card you will get discounts and special offers.

FREE WI-FI

Online also on your vacation! All of our holiday homes offer free WiFi for our guests. In the center of Schladming and on the 4-mountain ski-cable cars there are also a free Wi-Fi access.
