Spiegelsee Reiteralm

Riesachsee
The Riesachsee is a mountain lake in the middle of the Schladming Tauern. About the community Rohrmoos/Untertal located south of Schladming you get into this valley. From there the trail leads up to Riesachsee. With a height of 1,338 meters, is 750 meters long, about 250 meters wide and its deepest point is given at 19 meters.
The location of the lake is impressive, because it is surrounded by high mountains. To the east sits the Hochwildstelle, a mountain with a height of 2,747 meters above sea level. In the south you can see the Waldhorn with 2,706 meters, which is located directly on the border of Styria and Salzburg. In the southwest, with the 2,863-meter-high Hochgolling, the next peak towers against the sky.
Duisitzkarsee
This lake is a very popular hiking destination in the Schladming Tauern and is on aprox. 1650 meters above sea level. It’s certainly one of the most beautiful hiking destinations in the Schladming Tauern surrounded by a magnificent mountain panorama, the viewer has an amazingly beautiful view, which is second to none. Especially families are looking for the hiking destination Duisitzkarsee only too happy for the summer vacation. The children can splash around in the crystal-clear mountain lake or get to know the stunning flora and fauna of this extraordinary alpine landscape. Not least because of this, the trip to the Duisitzkarsee for the entire family will be a true experience.
Giglachsee
The Giglachsee is a mountain lake, situated at the foot of the Styrian and Lungauer Kalkspitze in the Schladming Tauern. The Giglachsee is one of the most popular hiking destinations in the Schladming Tauern. The area around the Giglachsee was once a center of mining in the region around Schladming.
Silberkarklamm
The Silberkarklamm is a romantic white water gorge in the heart of the Dachstein massif. The hike leads through magnificent, wild nature, past alpine plants and animals in the own eco-space of the rushing gorge. At the end of the gorge, the Silberkar opens. Previously a cultivated pasture, now excursion destination for young and old.
After approx. 35 minutes and 200 meters in altitude you reach the Silberkarhütte (1250 m). The refuge provides hikers with organic produce from their own farm, and spoils with beautiful views from the sun terrace. For families with children, the Silberkar hut is usually the end of a beautiful hike. For others, the Alm is the starting point for further hikes to the "Stein". The karst mountains along the Dachstein massif.
Wörschachklamm
The construction of the Klammsteig was a true pioneering achievement. Initiator of the establishment was the sawmill owner Gabriel Schally from Maitschern near Wörschach, which contributed decisively to the success of this work.
Today secured bridges lead through the wild and romantic natural monument. High above the Klammsteig, the attentive visitors to the Klamm can see rock caves washed out on both sides of the rock walls.
Talbachklamm
The Talbachklamm cut-off the Rohrmooser plateau and comes over cascades in the historic part of the former mining town. The gorge has a secure way from the city up into the Untertal,from there on up the stream to the mill - great nature spectacle, many impressive places on the water. Especially suitable for families with children and seniors.
